Having traveled all over the world, I can confidently say LaVon is exceptionally cultured in design, whether your style is contemporary, traditional, or something in between, she understands it all. Her guidance somehow leads you exactly where you need to be, even if you don't fully know what you were looking for when you started. Phillip, Assistant Manager, is a star employee! He saved the day yesterday. I had purchased a tile sample a few weeks back to bring home and see in the space. I called earlier in the week because I couldn’t find the tile online to order. I was told that it was being discontinued and you guys didn’t have enough tile for my project in the system. I decided to stop by yesterday just to check as I was returning several items. Phillip, heroically, noticed right away that the tile piece had a SKU change and was not discontinued. He helped me locate the item, determine the square footage I needed, and then assisted me to check out and loaded my car. As we were due to start tiling next week, he saved the project. Plus, he was extremely friendly & personal during the whole interaction. Thank you, Phillip!

La Von Williams was helping me with my bathroom floor tile. She was so kind and helpful getting exactly what was needed! I would definitely ask for her help and advice next time we are in.

Purchase marble tile and porcelain tile for our new shower and floor in our bathroom. This place has a huge selection and super nice people working there. EM was our designer and she was the best. She was super helpful and showed us stuff that we wouldn't even consider that ended up working perfect for us.

This store is amazing it has a great staff that’s super knowledgeable!! They have so much flooring it will surprise you. Bobby was a great designer that helped us pick everything we needed super fast, and we got everything we needed to complete the job!

My husband and I have nothing but praise for the employees of Floor & Decor in Bridgeton, MO. We have made multiple purchases to remodel our master bath, our hall bath, our laundry room and the entire first floor flooring in our home. Robert is simply the best! He has incredible knowledge about the products in the store, and about how they work. He has been a wonderful resource of information to help us achieve the style and excellence we want in our home. His customer care and support are what keeps us coming back for all of our projects. No matter who is helping us, they are always courteous and friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with them!

LaVon Williams at the Bridgeton, Missouri Floor & Decor store provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, calm, patient, and went above and beyond helping me with my selections and making sure I found exactly what I needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Absolutely loved my expierence with Floor & Decor. I was having a hard time finding somewhere to look at samples in person and they had such a great selection. I was able to buy individual tiles for samples to bring them home to test and then once I chose a tile, I went back and returned the samples I didn’t need and bought all that I needed for my project. In stock! Definitely very happy with my expierence and all the staff.

Over the years I’ve completed a lot of D-I-Y projects, increasing in difficulty and scope. My latest was a total gut and restore of a small home, followed by 2 separate bathroom remodel projects. When you’re doing it yourself and spending your own money, costs matter…quality matters. I’ve turned to Floor & Decor as my supplier of choice. I feel I get good product for fair price (and trust me I compare). Service is great too. La Von Williams was extremely helpful and patient with us over several days/weekends as we worked to get what we needed within my stringent budget. She provided great insight on what would work in an ADA bathroom. She even knew when to deflect questions during friendly spousal differences. She multi-tasks helping us while making sure others have store representatives to help them as well. “if someone is free, we have a customer near xyz that needs some help”. I’ll look for her first whenever I need something! Such a positive throw-back to great customer service.

Our kitchen flood that affected the downstairs area as well, for the renovations, we needed a lot of flooring, including backsplash and additiinal tile. Victoria at Bridgeton location was amazing. The process that took the South County location three weeks and numerous days awaiting bid approvals from managers was remarkably condensed to 30 minutes upon making the call to that branch. It was worth the 1 hr drive, as she took the time to discuss, walk thru additional items needed, packed them up and had them ready to go. All material has been ordered and delivery dates set.
